Sample Smorgasbord Selection* ENTREE BUFFET Meat salad, tuna fish salad, rollmops, pickled mussels,curried shrimp and fruit salad avocado salad, crab and shrimp salad, chicken liver pate, herring salad(matjes), large cooked prawns, assorted fish platter, smoked eel, smoked trout, smoked mackerel. MAIN MEAL BUFFET Soup of the day + sauerkraut, goulash or curry, dumplings, continental sausages, a savoury rice dish, veal schnitzel, pasta, mixed vegetables, calamari, roast pumpkin, roast potatoes or sauteed with bacon and onions, kassler with spinach and cheese en croute, vegetable quiche, chicken tandoori or marinated chicken wings, roast leg of pork, roast sirloin, fish platter including prawns, and calamari.
