Description
Overlooking picturesque Cloudehill gardens, Seasons Restaurant is an inviting dining experience throughout the year. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or one of our famous cakes in the warm and friendly restaurant or sitting on our glorious terrace.
The inclusion of the kitchen garden at Cloudehill has been a great inspiration for us as we aspire to take an environmentally sustainable and slow food approach to running a restaurant. At present we are growing all our herbs on the property, and use rhubarb, spinach, zucchini, pumpkin, chili, cavolo nero and silverbeet from the garden. We are also lucky enough to have local friends and customers who grow delicious figs, persimmons, mushrooms, plums and heirloom berries which they bring into the restaurant for us in lovely baskets. Our menu changes with the seasons, and there's always something delicious to see being prepared in our open kitchens.
We have a great wine and beer list created by Ross Wilson from Olinda Cellars, that focuses on supporting smaller local wineries, sharing secret finds, providing excellent value for money and promoting Australian micro-breweries.
