Setting the mood is a beautiful wrought iron chandelier, handmade by a local blacksmith and a romantic Q.S. four poster bed, hand turned by local craftsman. The polished spotted gum floors and original leadlight french doors compliment the light and sunny aspect. The spa ensuite includes slippers, robes and toiletries. The open plan cottage offers flat screen T.V. DVD’s, gas log fire, split system. Linger over a second cuppa and enjoy delightful mountain views from the verandah. A disabled bathroom is available. Edna Walling Gardens Designed in the mid 1930’s the gardens have matured into a truly special treat. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and your hosts would be delighted to explain the gardens history. Ellis Stones and Eric Hammond both worked with Edna Walling to make Folly Farm a very special place. English Shepherds Hut Our English shepherds hut is a very special hideaway! An opportunity to enjoy the gardens is all seasons. Turn on the flame heater and curl up on the daybed. Read a book, write a poem, pen a postcard! In summer, enjoy a bottle of Yarra Valley wine and a platter by candlelight. Access Bathroom If required a wheel chair access bathroom offers a stepless shower base, safety anti-slip floor coverings, hand held shower, wheel chair accessible toilet, grab rails for shower & toilet, portable shower seat, lever taps, heated towel rail, hair dryer. Ramp for easy access. Some parts of the garden maybe wheel chair accessible.
